About the Role:
We are in search for dedicated Call Centre Agents to join our growing team providing customer service and support to clients in a professional manner that satifies the customer. The successful candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with queries, and deliver excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Capture client information on company systems
- Meet daily service and performance targets
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or a higher degree will be beneficial.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a call centre (advantageous in telecoms, banking, or insurance)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure, collaborate working as a team.
R8500 - R15 000 Monthly depending on skills and experience.
