About the Role:

We are in search for dedicated Call Centre Agents to join our growing team providing customer service and support to clients in a professional manner that satifies the customer. The successful candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with queries, and deliver excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide accurate information on products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Capture client information on company systems
  • Meet daily service and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or a higher degree will be beneficial.
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in a call centre (advantageous in telecoms, banking, or insurance)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure, collaborate working as a team.

R8500 - R15 000 Monthly depending on skills and experience.
