About the Role:
Our client in the IT sector requires an IT Support / Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle IT support queries via phone and email
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Maintain IT logs and documentation
Requirements:
- Matric + IT qualification or certification (A+, N+, etc.)
- Experience in IT support/helpdesk roles advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
From R8500 to R20 000 Monthly
