About the Role:
Our client in the retail / FMCG sector is seeking energetic Retail Sales Assistants to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and queries
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Operate tills and handle transactions
- Stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Support the store team with daily sales targets
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12), Grade 10 with 1 or more years of experience in retail.
- Previous retail or customer service experience an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
